Sales Manager - Job Description

Merchant Cooperative Merchant Services is one of the nation’s fastest growing merchant services provider. Our company has been in business for over 15 years. As other industries and business are slowing down, ours is a strong as ever.

Because of this, we are currently looking for the right person to help grow our business by developing multiple sales channels.

Our expanding payment processing and business cash advance company is searching for industry specific sales managers who have the right experience, work ethic and sales skills. Candidates must have experience in the merchant service industry and have knowledge of:

  • Developing cost-saving statement analysis for new merchants
  • Visa MasterCard Interchange pricing
  • Payment processing technologies
  • POS software and terminals
  • Business funding and cash advance
  • Industry sales methods - inside and outside

Candidates should also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Identify target markets
  • Ability to write sales letters
  • Relationship building with prospective referral sources
  • Identification an procurement of valuable lead lists
  • Motivation of both prospects and sales people
  • Memorization of sales scripts, and the proper delivery of a sales presentation

Minimum 2 years industry experience is recommended.

Our compensation package for the Territory Sales Manager positions include upfront commissions, performance bonuses, upfront equipment lease commissions, monthly residual share up to 50%, and yearly bonuses.

This DYNAMIC position requires a candidate who is SALES oriented, ENTREPENUIAL, and HARDWORKING.

We will provide you with complete training, sales support, training materials, marketing, advertising, and sales materials, and leads on a weekly basis.
